Join the NVFS Family: Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Mental Health Counselor to support youth and families. In this role, you will work with low-income immigrant families navigating trauma, violence, and reunification challenges through a comprehensive, culturally responsive approach. As the counselor, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will partner with case managers and program staff to strengthen family stability and help reduce community violence through programs such as VPIP and FRP.
