About The Position
As a Bilingual Member Service Teller, you are responsible for engaging in meaningful conversations with members as you complete a variety of banking transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Our Monona branch is looking for team members who listen carefully to our members’ needs to uncover ways to help improve their financial situation.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year customer service or sales experience
- Outgoing with outstanding communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Passion for helping people
- Bilingual

- Prior bank or credit union experience preferred
