Educational Systems FCU is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong service, operational, sales, and interpersonal skills to join their team as a Bilingual Member Experience Officer. This role involves providing a variety of sales and service functions, including informing members about Credit Union services and cross-selling products that meet their specific needs. The Bilingual Member Experience Officer will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Branch Manager. Additionally, this role supports membership and asset growth goals through participation in sales campaigns and community outreach events. The ideal candidate will ensure members have a positive and seamless experience by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and advocating for their best interests, ultimately creating an exceptional experience that ensures member satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires flexibility to work extended hours, at other branch locations, and to support the Contact Center with call volume, with work hours potentially including weekends and evenings. This role is for someone who enjoys being a sales and service role model and fostering a sales culture in a fast-paced branch environment.
