About The Position

Living Water Clinic is seeking bilingual Medical Call Center Representatives to join their growing team. They are looking to hire at least two individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate, professional service to their patients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a receptionist or call center role, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.

  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

  • Excellent follow-through and organizational skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and/or EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system while providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule patient appointments according to established guidelines and utilize available resources to meet patient needs.
  • Educate patients on Living Water Clinic services and appointment requirements.
  • Register patients and obtain or update insurance and demographic information.
  • Follow up with patients and conduct outreach as assigned.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or health center.
  • Respond to patient questions and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Report potential patient concerns or complaints to a supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
  • Utilize the organization's EMR and other computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of registration procedures, insurance verification, and available financial programs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Living Water Clinic.
