About The Position
A private healthcare company is seeking to fill a Medical Assistant opening in our women's health offices located in the Fort Worth Hospital District. This position will be split working for a pool of physicians which will allow advanced learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Medical assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript
- Experience in a medical office
- Valid TX DL
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to learn new things
Nice To Haves
- OB experience
- Bi-Lingual applicants in English/Spanish
- Previous NextGen experience
Responsibilities
- Schedule surgeries
- Clean and stock rooms
- Answer patient calls
- Handle referrals
- Perform injections
- Perform phlebotomy
- Assist with procedures
- Perform electronic documentation
