This position works in collaboration with a skilled care team, including providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, and behavioral health consultants, to deliver quality health services and resources. The role involves assisting providers with onsite procedures, taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and administering medications/vaccines. Additionally, the Medical Assistant will support patients by responding to inquiries, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and reviewing medical records. Continuous learning is encouraged through extensive clinical and technical training with Epic, a leading Electronic Medical Record System.
