About The Position
Phoenician HomeCare is currently adding compassionate caregivers to our growing team. We provide non-medical home support services to seniors throughout the Phoenix metro area and have proudly served local families since 2018. Our agency is locally operated and focused on creating a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff. We are currently seeking caregivers who are able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to support clients who prefer care in Mandarin. If you’re dependable, caring, and looking for a flexible opportunity with steady 4-hour minimum shifts, we’d love to connect with you.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
- Reliable and compassionate individuals
- Availability for day or overnight shifts
- Commitment to at least 4 consecutive hours per shift
- Dependable transportation
- Previous caregiving or related experience required
Responsibilities
- Friendly companionship and engagement
- Assistance with daily routines and personal care
- Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Accompaniment to appointments or errands, when needed
