About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual Loan Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our Houston branch. This role is ideal for someone energetic, motivated, and committed to long‑term growth. As a Loan Specialist, you will support the Branch Manager by processing personal installment loans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. You will also engage customers, drive traffic through community outreach, and help grow the branch through excellent service and sales.
Requirements
- 1 year customer service experience (any industry)
- Collections experience a plus
- High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and drive customer engagement
- Strong organization, accuracy, and basic math skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (additional pay consideration)
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer.

Responsibilities
- Process loan applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records
- Explain loan terms clearly and professionally
- Make collection calls and assist customers with payment arrangements
- Contact past‑due customers using company tools
- Sell and renew loans to current and prospective customers
- Maintain updated customer information and enter payments
- Support office operations and uphold a professional, welcoming environment
