Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfortable with basic math and data entry
- Organized, reliable, and a team player
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sun Loan does not offer visa sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Collections experience a plus (but not required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communicator with good people skills
Responsibilities
- Process loan applications
- Manage customer accounts
- Make collection calls on past-due accounts
- Keep the branch running smoothly when the manager is out
- Cross-sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable
