About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Insurance Agent - Sales and Service to join a team at a well-established, small insurance agency. This role is based in-office and focuses on personal and small commercial lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, have a proven track record in insurance sales and service, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales and service, with a focus on personal and small commercial lines.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Dependable, communicative, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote and process new and renewal business for personal and small commercial lines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
Collaborate with the team to manage the book of business and ensure seamless operations.
Utilize EZ Lynx software for quoting, policy management, and documentation.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
