About The Position

We’re hiring a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wilmington, California who wants stability, purpose-driven work, and a predictable weekday schedule. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on assessing psychosocial and economic needs, developing service goals, and providing counseling and case management for patients requiring complex outpatient care. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a structured, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Active California LCSW license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and can complete full assessments independently
• Comfortable managing complex psychosocial cases
• Value serving underserved communities
• Thrive in team-based outpatient care

Responsibilities
