Our staff includes a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff, speaking 14 unique languages. We emphasize teamwork and collaboration, to help encourage productivity and a positive work environment. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish + English) Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Legal Administrative Assistants play a key role in assisting our team, performing tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken & written)
• At least a year of experience in a similar role
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working with diverse clients
• Strong writing skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and able to learn new programs, systems, or applications quickly

Nice To Haves

• Additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls
• Greeting clients
• Receiving and sending firm mail
• Google Calendar management and scheduling
• Completing forms
• Occasional Spanish/English interpreting
• Providing various administrative support that keeps our team and office running smoothly
