About The Position
A Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of a property including maximizing property occupancy and revenue through effective leasing. We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Manager to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
- Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.
- Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment.
