About The Position
American Communities is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to showcase apartment homes and create an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our community, providing personalized service while guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. Your sales ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills will play an important role in driving occupancy and the success of our communities.
Requirements
- 6 months or more of leasing or sales experience
- Proactive attitude
