POSITION SUMMARY Work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment helping prospective residents find the perfect apartment to call home. Driven by a desire to build relationships, excel at connecting with prospective residents by developing an understanding of their needs to ensure that we deliver the best in apartment living.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish & English, required.
• Experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants, and the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and teamwork.
• Outstanding sales skills and a desire for continual learning and professional development.
• Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and embodying our core customer service elements: CARING – Demonstrated passion for caring about customers and co-workers. PROFESSIONALISM – Professional presentation and written communication skills. EMPOWERMENT – Proactive approach with a proven ability to take ownership of customer concerns. Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to recommend the right apartment or the best retailer in the neighborhood.
• Conduct thoughtful and personalized tours to prospective residents to locate the apartment that best meets their needs, which ultimately results in new leases.
• Coordinate with residents and the team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Participate in community activities and social events to build resident relationships.
• Leverage resident relationships and creativity to quickly respond to resident requests to drive resident satisfaction.
• Work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
