About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Leasing Associate to join their dynamic team at Autumn Woods. This role involves managing leasing inquiries, conducting tours, creating marketing materials, and building client relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, community-driven, and possess strong closing skills.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience
Mid-rise experience
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail and strong follow-up technique
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
Problem-solving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree preferred
Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

Responsibilities

Manage all leasing inquiries, from phone calls to walk-in tours
Speak knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available homes to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute marketing materials that bring the community to life
Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships
