About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Leasing Associate to join their dynamic team at Autumn Woods. This role involves managing all leasing inquiries, speaking knowledgeably about available homes, creating marketing materials, and developing strong client and resident relationships. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, strong closing skills, and the ability to adapt to the needs of each prospect in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail and strong follow-up technique
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
Problem-solving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage all leasing inquiries, from phone calls to walk-in tours
