About The Position
We’re looking for passionate Lead Teachers who are ready to make a meaningful impact each day. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative community where educators grow, innovate, and create joyful learning experiences for children.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR CDA certification AND 5–10 years experience in a licensed childcare setting OR 2–3 years experience in a Montessori program
Responsibilities
- Use our engaging curriculum and your own creativity to plan meaningful, hands-on experiences.
- Balance classroom management and individualized care in a fast-paced, nurturing environment.
- Connect with children and families through daily communication, photos, and shared moments of growth.
- Partner with your teaching team to create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment.
