We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Care Coordinator with strong knowledge of infant and toddler development and hands-on experience caring for babies in a professional setting. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with families, children, and staff.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Early Childhood Education, OR Infant/Toddler CDA credential
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting, OR At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Strong understanding of infant care, developmental milestones, feeding routines, sleep schedules, and responsive caregiving practices is required.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly in emergency situations
  • Must pass a fingerprint-based background check

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the infant and toddler program across classrooms, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and developmental learning.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to teachers and caregivers.
  • Build positive relationships with families through open communication and collaboration.
  • Apply current knowledge and research in infant development and early childhood care practices.
  • Conduct classroom observations and quality checks to maintain program excellence.
  • Support daily operations and ensure a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
