Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage
- Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English
- EOIR experience is mandatory (MCH & IH)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective communication within the firm and with external contacts
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping, scheduling meetings, and processing applications
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and learning new software as needed
- Supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and gathering supporting documents
- Other duties as assigned
