MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Housekeeping Operations Training Manager to join their team. This role focuses on assessing training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels within the hospitality industry. The Training Manager will diagnose issues, enhance managerial capabilities, and implement action-driven training solutions to elevate performance. This position also involves implementing new training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices. The role reports to Resort Operations Divisional Leadership and acts as a strategic partner to field teams, contributing to talent development and operational goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and the position involves heavy travel (approximately 50% monthly, including overnights and weekends). Location preference is Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head, SC, or the greater Williamsburg, VA area.
