Bilingual Home Care LPN
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual LPN (Spanish/English preferred but not required) to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients. With day shift, nights and weekend hours available. Current hours are 10am-2pm, 10am-6pm and 9pm-12am. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, assistance with suppositories and digital stimulation, provide companionship, Hoyer Lifts, meal prep, transportation, medical appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and support clients in maintaining comfort, safety, and independence in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and can communicate effectively with Spanish speaking clients and families. Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
- Spanish/English preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
- Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
