Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fully fluent in both English and Spanish required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Update and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and process transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Assist with other front office administrative duties as needed.
