As a Bilingual Receptionist at Job Duck, you will play a key role in shaping the client experience by confidently managing inbound calls, guiding conversations, and ensuring accurate information is captured and shared with the right team members. Your voice, energy, and organization will directly support lead flow, internal communication, and overall daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, thinks quickly, and takes pride in delivering clear, professional interactions. Each day brings meaningful connection, active problem solving, and measurable impact. • Compensation Range: USD 1,015 to 1,100 per month

Requirements

  • Warm, confident phone presence with clear articulation in English and Spanish
  • Ability to guide conversations, ask direct questions, and redirect when needed
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting and logging information
  • Calm, focused decision making in high pressure or time sensitive situations
  • Quick response time with a proactive, action oriented mindset
  • Process driven work style with respect for structured workflows

Responsibilities

  • Prequalify incoming leads using established criteria
  • Support a smooth and positive client experience from first contact
  • Maintain professionalism and composure across all caller interactions
  • Communicate relevant information clearly with internal teams via Slack
  • Take accurate messages and log details in the CRM system
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when needed
  • Protect team time by setting appropriate boundaries with callers
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet callers and identify their needs efficiently
