About The Position

This role involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers, exploring their financial needs to recommend suitable services and products, and conducting business development visits to promote the bank's offerings. The representative will assist customers with their banking and financial needs, staying knowledgeable about products, fees, policies, and current offers. Responsibilities also include cash handling, adhering to balancing procedures, operating the cash vault, balancing ATMs and coin machines, and assisting customers through the commercial teller window. The position requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred

Responsibilities

Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products
Conduct business development visits to promote the bank s services and products
Assist customers with banking/financial needs
Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions
Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
Balance the ATM and coin machine
Assist customers through the commercial teller window
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned
