About The Position

EECU is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Financial Center Consultant II to join our team at our Fort Worth Financial Center. In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for our members, providing personalized solutions that support their unique needs. As a key point of contact within the financial center, you will build strong relationships, identify opportunities to recommend products and services, and assist members with opening new accounts and consumer loan solutions. Your commitment to service excellence and financial expertise will play an important role in creating positive member experiences and fostering long-term member loyalty. The Financial Center Consultant II will conduct consultative selling sessions, perform financial profiles on members to ascertain relationship expansion opportunities, and utilize indirect cross-selling reports and internal opportunity reports. Primarily, this position will spend time performing platform functions, opening new accounts, and loan production. We are looking for someone who is proud to represent EECU and who gets great satisfaction in creating lifelong members by developing sincere relationships. This role involves providing a complete service and sales experience for members, resulting in exceeding sales goals monthly. It also includes performing a broad variety of member service functions such as opening business and consumer loans/accounts, and the ability to solve operational issues and provide teller functions. The position is also responsible for building exceptional rapport with members through excellent service and for lobby coverage, including acting as a concierge for the branch, greeting all members, answering calls, and assisting or directing members to the appropriate employees. EECU will evaluate an applicant's credit history, and only applicants with good credit history will be considered.

Requirements

  • One-year minimum experience in a retail or financial environment that requires excellence in service while building exceptional rapport with members/customers
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training
