About The Position
This role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to join the team. The Field Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, and build a pipeline of potential employees. Responsibilities include managing candidate flow, conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires efficiently.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
Responsibilities
