About The Position
Nurtury is seeking a Bilingual Family Partner to support families in our Family Child Care (FCC) network. You’ll be the connector between families, educators, and community partners by helping families access resources, set developmental goals, and navigate the systems that support their children.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Spanish / English bilingual literacy (required)
- Able to travel locally (required)
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field (preferred)
- Knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources
- Experienced in supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
- Culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with families, FCC Educators, and community agencies
- Conduct ASQ/ASQ-SE screenings for newly enrolled children
- Facilitate parent trainings, workshops, and family engagement activities
- Represent Nurtury at community events
- Complete required reports and documentation
