Requirements

Active California Nurse Practitioner License REQUIRED
Master's Degree REQUIRED
Active Unrestricted DEA REQUIRED
Fluent In English And Spanish REQUIRED (Must Conduct Entire Visit Without Interpreter)
Minimum One Year NP Experience REQUIRED (Clinical Rotations Do Not Qualify)
Minimum of 1 year of prenatal experience- REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care through a telehealth care model while working from the Highland Park clinic
Deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management
Care for a diverse patient population in both English and Spanish
Provide comprehensive primary care through telehealth visits
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
Document encounters accurately within the EMR
