About The Position

The Bilingual (Spanish) Family Navigator supports parents and children, helping prevent out-of-home placement or disruption of a current placement. Depending on the assigned role, the Navigator uses the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework and evidence-based practices to help families access resources and become healthy, stable, and safe.
