Requirements

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
• Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to clients
• Ability to multitask
• Good computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Outgoing and energetic attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous Call Center experience
• Previous translating experience, in work position
