About The Position

As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires—guiding them through training, background checks, paperwork, and orientation. You’ll ensure compliance, create a welcoming experience, and act as a bridge between applicants and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• At least 2 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible for a DPS fingerprint card.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support applicants through training, background checks, and onboarding.
• Explain company policies and procedures.
