This role involves handling customer incoming calls within department service level agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance (Reg. E). The associate will accurately record the reason for customer transaction disputes, respond to inquiries about existing disputes, and research transaction entry modes and additional data. The position requires meeting assigned deadlines and goals, with regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience.
