About The Position
Fitchburg Springs Dental is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time Bilingual Dental Assistant to add to their team! Fitchburg Springs Dental is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We have a fantastic team, along with an amazing culture, led by Dr. Sheng Hao Lu! Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Chair-side assisting
- Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
- Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
- Instrument sterilization
- Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
- Patient follow up calls
- Taking x-rays and 3D images
