Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Windows and solid mouse and keyboarding skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience
Demonstrated ability to write professional emails
Available to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8:00am to 6:00pm) with the ability to work occasional overtime including weekends, nights and holidays as business needs require.
Required availability: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

No Vacations until october 2026
Ability to work a full day on New Year’s day (no exceptions)

Responsibilities

Process and troubleshoot duplicate member records
Proactively working assigned tasks – taking ownership; taking action, letting team and leadership know if a roadblock is encountered
Understand how to run duplicate patient report to identify issues or potential issues
Verify and research information in response to task inquiry. Follow through with error issues to resolution with frequent Communication for update and resolution status
Proactively responding to team inquiries as assigned
Runs reports and uses data to update IRIS system when needed
Makes manual changes in IRIS to accommodate client needs
Daily review of assigned tasks to ensure information updated accurately and timely
Ability to solve problems, be proactive, follow defined processes, make decisions, and apply them to problem results
Demonstrated ability to be a team member, work well within a team setting
