About The Position

Essential Functions: • Monitor security systems (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus) to identify and respond to breaches or anomalies. • Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate breaches, document findings, and implement corrective actions. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, recommending security improvements. • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats and trends to anticipate and mitigate potential risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance) to ensure comprehensive cybersecurity measures. • Document security incidents, investigations, and solutions, generating reports for management and regulatory purposes. • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats through continuous learning. • Lead security compliance based on the global and local security standard controls • Support Japan affiliates roll out new security tools and support existing tools. • Identify customer and product needs, and proactively solve customer issues. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and work with the team in implementing changes. • Conduct regular communication and assist with members' root cause analysis and implementation of Kaizen. • Support special security projects on ad-hoc basis.   • College degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical position, prior experience as a Technical Lead is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following domains: Vulnerability management, Network security, Endpoint Security, Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Management
  • Good knowledge about EndPoint security
  • Bilingual Japanese and English
  • Experienced in working directly with clients and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • prior experience as a Technical Lead is a plus.
