About The Position

Every day, thousands of NQX representatives provide solutions and build trust with our professional partners' customers across Canada. We are hiring for multiple customer service positions, all from the comfort of your own home! We are looking for individuals with excellent listening skills and the ability to multi-task, who have a genuine desire to help others and are looking for a career entirely focused on customer service. Specific roles include Communication Support Specialist, Remote Roadside Assistance Specialist, and Canada Post Representative (Calls & Chat).

Requirements

Fluently bilingual – You speak both English and French with ease.
Work location – You reside in New Brunswick. Some roles may require you to live closer to our Moncton site.
Availability & flexibility – You are able to work during the hours of operation relevant to your position.
Appropriate environment – You have a secure, quiet space with high-speed internet (25 MBPS minimum).
Tech-savvy multitasker – Comfortable navigating multiple systems and handling several tasks at once.
Excellent communicator – You express yourself clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Detail-oriented problem-solver – You have a keen eye for detail and genuinely enjoy helping others, making customer service and problem-solving your strengths.
Educational requirement – High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Help people with disabilities (verbal or auditory) communicate with a loved one, a service provider or any other necessary contact.
Be the lifeline for drivers across North America, helping clients get back on the road quickly and confidently.
Provide first-class customer assistance via phone and chat for inquiries related to delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions.
