We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of our global medical devices clients to support the ongoing growth and expansion of their HQ based in Markham. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and Sales Representatives by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness. This individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience within a professional environment
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to make accurate and timely decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Solid understanding of customer service best practices and a customer-first mindset
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process product orders accurately and efficiently
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, sales support, and service requests
  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers and Sales Representatives as needed
  • Manage a variety of order types, including standing orders, EDI orders, blanket orders, and mail orders
  • Support the Sales team with account-related inquiries and product sample coordination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Shipping, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and other internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and availability
  • Process credits, debits, and product returns as required
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to the team as needed
