About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The goal is to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. This is a part-time role with training shifts required at multiple locations, including Moorhead and Fergus Falls Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores, before opening at the new Detroit Lakes store.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Must be able to work at Store #721159, located at: 990 US Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501.
• Must be available for training shifts at multiple locations, including Moorhead and Fergus Falls Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores.
• Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value may be supervised or unsupervised.
• A review of criminal history is necessary.
