About The Position

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Team! This is an in-office position. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. We are a people-oriented business committed to providing superior levels of customer service. Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization
High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.
