About The Position
Our Client in Cherry Hill is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support their office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity paying $21/hr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Clerical and data entry experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Experience working with Personify preferred
- Experience using Doubleknot for property reservations preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and service requests
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Engage in problem-solving and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and respond to inquiries using the CRM of record (Salesforce)
- Ensure quality service to both internal staff and external customers
- Clarify inquiries by researching, locating, and delivering accurate information
- Maintain contact center and back-office registration data with accurate data entry
- Support functional tasks within CRM systems
- Perform clerical functions including file management and paper handling
- Maintain databases and complete quality control reports in Personify and Salesforce
- Work with the Database Administrator to resolve errors from Boomi reports
- Utilize Doubleknot for property reservations
