About The Position

Our Client in Cherry Hill is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support their office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity paying $21/hr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Clerical and data entry experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Experience working with Personify preferred
  • Experience using Doubleknot for property reservations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and service requests
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Engage in problem-solving and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage and respond to inquiries using the CRM of record (Salesforce)
  • Ensure quality service to both internal staff and external customers
  • Clarify inquiries by researching, locating, and delivering accurate information
  • Maintain contact center and back-office registration data with accurate data entry
  • Support functional tasks within CRM systems
  • Perform clerical functions including file management and paper handling
  • Maintain databases and complete quality control reports in Personify and Salesforce
  • Work with the Database Administrator to resolve errors from Boomi reports
  • Utilize Doubleknot for property reservations
