Join Select Medical as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you’ll support patients and healthcare providers in a professional, compassionate environment. The role involves answering calls and emails, processing payments, and responding to inquiries, as well as resolving billing questions by helping patients understand insurance claims, balances, and account details. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records by documenting all communications and updating internal billing systems, assisting internal teams by distributing mail, following procedures, and providing departmental support, and ensuring compliance by following HIPAA regulations and internal policies to protect sensitive information.
