Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Keyboard skills of 50 plus wpm
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments for dealership service departments
- Assist customers with questions and service-related needs
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time
