About The Position

AutoPayPlus is looking for energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professionals to join our full-time, onsite team in Downtown Orlando. Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, banking, financial services, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, banking, lending, loan servicing, or CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with account and payment inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate account documentation
  • Partner with internal teams to provide a five-star member experience
