Copeland has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience professional looking for an opportunity to grow. Based in our Cudahy, WI location, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will enter and edit customer quotes and purchase orders utilizing various tools including VPI, Salesforce Case Management and Oracle. You will operate as a central contact point for customer and sales personnel inquiries regarding order status & routing, shipping/tracking information, pricing, availability, freight, and such other questions as required. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Technical Support, Purchasing and Shipping to support on-time delivery of orders. This position will have a focus on Export orders while also supporting the aftermarket and equipment sides of the business.
