About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while supporting daily driver operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attendance and reliability are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and email communication
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-office support
  • Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding routes, delays, and updates
  • Collect, scan, file, and maintain daily driver paperwork
  • Monitor emails and respond promptly to internal and external communications
  • Track driver activity and provide mid-day and end-of-day reports using Excel
  • Assist drivers with equipment issues and coordinate with technical support teams
  • Notify stores and customers of delivery delays via phone and email
  • Create returns, tickets, and schedule pickups as needed
  • Generate driver performance reports and support daily operational needs
  • Work independently while also supporting team objectives
