About The Position

Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Client Services Specialist. This is a permanent position with base salary, benefits, vacation, personal days and RRSP matching. The base salary is 45-50k + bonus. The work schedule is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the North York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing complex inquiries and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple communication channels. Fluency in English and French required. Note on Schedule: This position requires flexibility for rotating shifts. Shifts are scheduled 5 days per week (40 hours total) between Monday–Friday (7:30 am – 8:30 pm) and weekends (10:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Requirements

Fluently Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of customer service, collections or technical support experience.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma completed.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain complex products and troubleshoot operating system/software issues.
Flexibility: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to assist in the development of newer staff members.

Responsibilities

Manage client interactions efficiently across phone, email, and chat from initial contact to resolution.
Reproduce and troubleshoot technical issues, including connectivity and platform navigation.
Act as a subject matter expert on products, services, policies, and procedures.
Identify and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
Proactively contact clients to provide follow-up and ensure satisfaction.
Accurately record, sort, and track client issues and resolution steps within internal databases.
Present value-added solutions and tools to meet specific client needs.
