About The Position

Copeland has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Cudahy, WI. This role involves entering and editing customer quotes and purchase orders using various tools like VPI, Salesforce Case Management, and Oracle. The representative will serve as a central point of contact for customer and sales inquiries regarding order status, shipping, pricing, availability, and freight. Collaboration with Production, Technical Support, Purchasing, and Shipping is key to ensuring on-time delivery. The position will focus on export orders while also supporting aftermarket and equipment business segments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service function.
Fluent in Spanish.
Experience with export orders.
Requires strong project management and organizational skills.
Must be self-directed, team-oriented, and able to evaluate and effectively handle multiple priorities.
Outstanding communication skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent and timely attention to customers by answering questions and providing accurate quotations and lead-times.
Oversee orders through completion and shipping.
Consistently improve customer experience in terms of delivery and performance.
Research and recommend parts using available resources, vendor information, technical data, and collaboration with service and sales.
Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and Customer Allowance Requests (CARs), including daily distribution of RMA forms, issuance of weekly reports, and monthly analysis.
Adhere to strict protocol regarding export order documentation and requirements.
