Requirements

Intermediate to Advanced English
EXCELLENT customer service skills.
Flexible Schedule.
High School Diploma.
Basic computer skills/Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).
Complete documentation: Resume, address, INE, RFC (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), CURP, NSS, 2 Letters of recommendation (personals and from previous jobs).
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.

Customer service experience not required, but desirable.

Responsibilities

Type in data provided directly from customers.
Data entry.
Take Inbound and outbound calls in English.
Handling calls to provide information and resolve any questions, requests, or problems the client might have.
Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.
Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.
