About The Position

As a Bilingual Spanish/ English Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with their entry-level banking and financial needs while contributing to a team-centric environment. Requirements

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Must reside in DeLand, FL, or within commuting distance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must have flexible availability during operating hours.
• A professional attitude and strong aptitude for customer service are essential.
• Proficient in navigating system tools to search for information and answers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service consistently.
• Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to your role.
• Capable of assessing situations and developing empathetic solutions.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively.
